# Filtered Keywords

Filtered Keywords let you hide sensitive words from activity reports and exports. Any matching text is redacted, so private information stays private when sharing reports.

## Add and Remove Keywords

### Add a Keyword

1. Open **Settings → Filtered Keywords**
2. Type the word or phrase in the input field
3. Click **Add**

The keyword is immediately applied — any matching text in activity titles and reports will be hidden.

### Remove a Keyword

1. Select the keyword from the list
2. Click **Remove**

## Import & Export

You can bulk-manage keywords using text files:

- **Import** — Load keywords from a text file (one keyword per line)
- **Export** — Save your current keyword list to a text file

This is useful for sharing keyword lists across devices or backing them up.

## When to Use Filtered Keywords

- **Client names** — Hide client identifiers when sharing reports publicly
- **Noise words** — Remove common words that clutter reports without adding value
- **Personal browsing** — Redact personal website titles or app names from work reports
