Ready when you are
00:00:00
Today: 00:00:00 · local time
Sessions are saved in this browser, without an account or upload. A running timer includes time while this tab is closed or your device sleeps. Stop it when you finish. Clearing browser data removes saved sessions.
Saved sessions
Start a task, then stop the timer to save your first session.

Frequently asked questions
Is this online time tracker free?
Yes. Start and stop tasks, add project labels, review daily totals, and export saved sessions to CSV. No account, email address, or payment is required.
Will my timer keep running if I close the tab?
Yes, if browser storage is available. The tracker saves the start timestamp and calculates elapsed time when you return. Time while your device sleeps is included, so stop the timer when you finish working.
Where are my time entries saved?
Entries are saved in local storage in this browser. They are not uploaded or synced to other devices. Clearing browser data deletes them; private browsing may also clear them when you close the browser. Export CSV to keep a copy.
Does the tracker record apps and websites automatically?
No. You start and stop each session manually. Chronoid is a separate Mac app that tracks app and website activity automatically.
How are daily totals and exports calculated?
Today’s total counts only the part of each session after midnight in your local time zone. CSV exports include completed sessions, their local start date, UTC start and end timestamps, seconds, and decimal hours. Stop the active timer before exporting it.
