Clock-Out Calculator
Enter when you started, how long you need to work, and your unpaid breaks. See your finish time instantly.
You can clock out at
17:30
8h 0m of work + 30 minutes of unpaid breaks.
Use your required working time. Do not add paid breaks again. Times use a 24-hour clock; overnight results show the next day. This is elapsed-time arithmetic, without daylight-saving adjustments.

Try Chronoid for Mac →Clock-out time = start + work + unpaid breaks
If you start at 08:30 and need 7 hours 30 minutes of work, a 45-minute unpaid lunch moves your finish to 16:45. Enter work hours and minutes separately; 7 hours 30 minutes means 7 hours and 30 minutes, not 7.30 hours.

Frequently asked questions
How do I calculate what time I can leave work?
Add your required working hours and unpaid breaks to your start time. Starting at 09:00 with eight hours of work and a 30-minute unpaid lunch gives a clock-out time of 17:30.
What time is eight hours from 6:30?
Eight hours after 06:30 is 14:30. Add a 30-minute unpaid break and your finish time becomes 15:00.
Should I include paid breaks?
Only enter breaks that do not count toward your required working time. If a break already counts as work time, adding it again would move your finish time too late.
Can I calculate an overnight shift?
Yes. If the calculated finish crosses midnight, the result shows the clock time and the number of days added. A 22:00 start plus eight work hours and a 30-minute break finishes at 06:30 the next day. The calculation does not adjust for daylight-saving changes.
Is this clock-out calculator free?
