Filtered Keywords

Filtered Keywords let you hide sensitive words from activity reports and exports. Any matching text is redacted, so private information stays private when sharing reports.

Add and Remove Keywords

Add a Keyword

1. Open Settings → Filtered Keywords
2. Type the word or phrase in the input field
3. Click Add

The keyword is immediately applied — any matching text in activity titles and reports will be hidden.

Remove a Keyword

1. Select the keyword from the list
2. Click Remove

Import & Export

You can bulk-manage keywords using text files:

• Import — Load keywords from a text file (one keyword per line)
• Export — Save your current keyword list to a text file

This is useful for sharing keyword lists across devices or backing them up.

When to Use Filtered Keywords

• Client names — Hide client identifiers when sharing reports publicly
• Noise words — Remove common words that clutter reports without adding value
• Personal browsing — Redact personal website titles or app names from work reports
